July 2024 · 1 minute read

The entrepreneurial Byron Bay couple Tom and Emma Lane have ventured over the border into South East Queensland, but it seems they don’t plan on staying too long.

The couple, who’ve recently heralded their move to the NSW Southern Highlands, have listed their newly completed apartment at 272 Hedges Avenue, Mermaid Beach.

The Lanes paid $7.2m for a 513sq m, two-level sky home with a 132sq m wrap around balcony.

The luxury apartment, with a statement spiral staircase, features three living areas, a media room, and four ensuite bedrooms.

The Lanes are looking to sell the 27th-level apartment at a January 15 auction through Kollosche Prestige agents Michael Kollosche and Harry Kakavas, both of whom were also off-the-plan buyers in the complex.
